The principle unchanged since our founding: quality production
AYF Tekstil was founded in 1993 on the principle of “Quality Production,” and today that principle is applied through checkpoints placed at every step of the production flow. A batch whose measurement falls outside the limit values does not move on to the next step.

02.Quality control
Our checkpoints
The principle of quality production is applied through checkpoints placed at every step of the production flow. A batch outside the limit values does not move on to the next step.
Check 01
Yarn intake control
Before entering the knitting line, yarn is checked for count and strength; a batch that is not approved does not go into production.
Check 02
Fabric weight and width control
The weight and width of the knitted fabric are measured; a roll outside the limit values does not move on to the next step.
Check 03
Colour and fastness control
Fabric returning from the dyehouse does not move to cutting before passing colour and fastness checks.
Check 04
Measurement and pattern control
Before cutting, style and size measurements are compared against the pattern; a marker showing deviation is redrawn.
Check 05
Seam and visual inspection
A product with sewing complete is checked for seam quality and visual defects; a piece found faulty does not move on to the next step.
Check 06
Final check before shipment
Packed products go through a final count and visual check before shipment.
