01.About us
A symbol of power and trust in the industry
AYF Tekstil was established in 1993 with the principle of “Quality Production.” Having become a strong and corporate company in the sportswear sector, it manufactures for some of the world’s leading brands.

02.Our production flow
Seven steps from yarn to shipment
Every step of production runs in our own facility and is recorded, so we can tell you at any moment which stage an order is at.
Step 01
Yarn intake
Yarn entering the knitting line is checked for count and strength at intake; a batch that is not approved does not go into production.
Step 02
Knitting
We knit single jersey, rib, loopback and fleece constructions in our own facility. The fabric is both used in our own products and sold by the kilogram.
Step 03
Dyeing and finishing
Dyeing and finishing are carried out by the contracted dyehouses we have worked with for years. Returning fabric does not move to cutting before colour, fastness and weight checks.
Step 04
Cutting
A marker plan is prepared according to style and size distribution, and cutting waste is recorded per batch.
Step 05
Sewing
Tracksuit, sweatshirt and t-shirt groups are completed on our own sewing lines; our monthly output ranges between 180,000 and 250,000 pieces.
Step 06
Print, embroidery and trims
Print, embroidery, cord and elastic production are also handled in house; the product does not leave the facility for these steps, so lead times do not depend on an outside workshop’s schedule.
Step 07
Quality control and packing
Products passing measurement, seam and visual checks are prepared on the press-pack line and released for shipment.

Quality is measured before shipment
The principle of quality production is applied through checkpoints placed at every step of the production flow. A batch outside the limit values does not move on to the next step.
